FastTrack leverages 7 years of experience to dramatically modernize ADR.

Why FairClaims?

office buildings

Large arbitration providers cater to big companies and corporate lawyers - their arbitrations are too complex, time consuming, and costly for the rest of us.

We're changing that.

Our FastTrack rules and technology platform can resolve disputes in around 90 days for a fraction of the cost of AAA and JAMS. It’s user friendly and simple.

Pick from a list of professional, experienced arbitrators with practical legal experience.

Benefits

High Quality

Our Arbitrators are carefully vetted - we only accept 7% of applicants, all experienced arbitrators.

Affordable

Flat-fee pricing and low administrative fees make us much more affordable than AAA/JAMS.

Efficient

Disputes can be resolved in three to four months from the time the arbitrator is assigned.

I’m an attorney, how does this help me and my clients?

Add us to your clients’ contracts: save them thousands of dollars and months of time - they can get to resolution in about 90 days versus a year or more
Use us for disputes under $100 - $250K if you typically handle larger matters - you and the other side can agree to use FairClaims after a dispute arises
Use FairClaims for cases you would normally turn away for being too small e.g. under $50,000
